Our customers 100% satisfaction is our commercial department's number one priority. Shelve's Quality System provides for quick and efficient method of claims handling and resolution.

Mind that correct compilation of the Claim Form provided below is mandatory for efficient problem/complaints solving. The information we require in order to start claim procedure includes:

  • Contact person. 
  • VAT Code or Fiscal Code.
  • Phone number. 
  • E-mail address. 
  • Claim's description.

Claims filled in online have the same treatment (in terms of priority and importance) as whose we recieve on paper forms. Once the claim is received it will be given a claim number and screened by a claims examiner. You will be then contacted to provide additional information.
