La masterizzazione CD DVDLa masterizzazione CD DVD avviene a mezzo di apparecchiature robottizzate che sostanzialmente prima effettuano il processo di masterizzazione CD DVD a mezzo di torrette di masterizzazione verificando di volta in volta l'integrità dei dati trasferiti, poi decorano la superficie dei CD DVD con stampanti digitali a 4800 dpi di risoluzione. Bracci meccanici trasportano i supporti dal processo di masterizzazione CD DVD alle stampanti digitali. Il vantaggio del metodo di masterizzazione CD DVD è principalmente il non dover avviare un processo industriale con conseguenti costi di avviamento macchine, sviluppo di pellicole e generazione di glass master, il processo di masterizzazione CD DVD risulta più economico dell'industriale per le piccole tirature a partire da soli 50 pz. Per tirature superiori ai 500 pz è sconsigliata la masterizzazione CD DVD, in quanto con la duplcazione industriale i costi di avviamento vengono distribuiti sul costo nettamente più economico dei supporti. Secondo le vigenti disposizioni legislative per poter effettuare la stampa CD DVD, bisogna inoltrare una pratica ai competenti uffici siae. |
