La duplicazione CD DVDLa duplicazione CD DVD avviene a mezzo di un processo industriale che utilizza un calco detto Glass master. Non bisogna confondere la duplicazione CD DVD con la masterizzazione CD DVD in quanto i due processi sono molto differenti. Infatti mentre con la masterizzazione CD DVD i supporti vengono copiati a mezzo di pile di masterizzatori, con la duplicazione CD DVD i supporti vengono duplicati dal glass master. I supporti che escono dal processo di duplicazione CD DVD sono quelli che hanno il fondo specchio (gli stessi che si trovano nei negozi di musica o in edicola allegati alle riviste) a differenza dei CD DVD masterizzati che hanno un fondo con tonalità verde/blu/silver. Il processo di duplicazione CD DVD termina con la stampa serigrafica o offset in alta risoluzione fino a 5 colori (4 colori di quadricromia + il colore del fondo) direttamente sulla superficie del CD DVD. Il servizio di duplicazione CD DVD viene fornito per tirature da minimo 300 pz. Secondo le vigenti disposizioni legislative per poter effettuare la duplicazione CD DVD, bisogna inoltrare una pratica ai competenti uffici siae. |
